Our focus as a company is sales and marketing of bakery products to the foodservice industry.

Our ultimate goal as a company is to be viewed as a Bakery Source for today’s Foodservice Operators, fulfilling their needs with bakery products, solutions and ideas to help them be successful.
As a company, our portfolio and market strategy has been based on utilizing a Foodservice broker network. Driving sales through distribution has been accomplished with operator sales calls at street level.
Going forward, our position will be more of a concentration on foodservice chain accounts and major key accounts in the marketplace. Market segments include Multi Unit Chain accounts, B & I, Country Clubs, Hotels, Caterers and Restaurants. As our industry continues to change, we as a company must change and adapt as well to new and challenging trends.
